I really think my Z06 is about as fast in the turns as the car can go and more power wouldn't help it there, but more traction could. As you know the car has more power than can be used through most tight tracks. Remember all the horsepower the Lingenfelter C6 (1100HP) and Hennessey Viper (1000HP) had in the June issue of Motor Trend, they still couldn't beat the stock Z06 in the figure 8 although in a straight drag they were faster.

I'm still waiting for my Predator Diablo to arrive, a good tune and eliminating the torque management should give this beast its final dose of adrenalin, stay tuned!

Nah, no Vortech. But it is intriguing to see forced induction available for our cars that is 50 state legal. I have found that I have plenty to learn on the road course with the power I have. In fact, it takes lots of seat time just to handle the stock C6Z06 on a road course. Since I don't drag race and have no interest in that whatsoever, I think I'll pass. However, when the SS or BD comes out I may reconsider.
